the location was really good for us since we needed to be close to the uni and botanical gardens, and the hotel had plenty of parking space which was a plus. the staff was friendly and helpful at check-in, and our room was clean and well-equipped for what we needed. breakfast was decent for just 8 extra pounds, and we enjoyed having tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room. overall, for the price we paid, it was a good stay with everything we needed.
the room was kinda small and outdated. We could hear a lot of noise from a party going on late at night, which made it hard to sleep.

Inconvenient check-in process and poor service
I had a frustrating experience during check-in where the receptionist was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. They demanded ID and a credit card, photocopying my information without my consent. The room, while satisfactory in terms of size, suffered from noisy doors and a lack of amenities. the location was decent, but I was left disappointed by the service and regulations.

missingWrote a review on Apr 22spacious roomaffordable breakfaststuffy room
Conveniently located within a short walk to a Morrison's for affordable breakfast options, perfect for families. The large room offered ample space for kids to enjoy. A TV kept them entertained.
The room needed better ventilation. it felt stuffy at times. Some areas showed noticeable signs of wear and outdated decor. Although check-in was simple, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming, as there seemed to be restrictions on basic requests like an ice bucket for personal use, which added a layer of inconvenience during our stay.
